The idea of cabinet refacing
is to give customers an alternative to complete kitchen remodel which is not only very expensive, but a much more time consuming process involving every aspect of the kitchen and the household (including flooring, painting and appliances).
If your current floor plan of cabinetry works for you and the cabinets are in good working order but the outside of the cabinets are showing years of wear and tear or the color and style of cabinets is outdated, cabinet refacing may be your best option.
We remove your old doors and drawer fronts. Build new custom solid wood doors and drawer fronts in the wood type and style and color of your choice. They come with contemporary concealed hinges and your choice of new handles.
We then reface your existing cabinet boxes on all sides and ends with a ¼” sliced wood facing that matches your new doors and drawer fronts. The facing material is applied with small pins and hi-bond construction adhesive. All molding is replaced with new matching molding and the toe kick areas are faced with matching wood also. The new doors and drawer fronts are then installed and adjusted.
You have a Beautiful new kitchen and it only took 2 to 3 days instead of 2 to 3 weeks or months and at half the cost of a total kitchen remodel!
The cabinet refacing comes with a lifetime warranty that is transferable to new owners.
